Let me  add a special note of thanks about our Chief Negotiator  Larry Zeff.  He spend countless hours, not only  in negotiations, but also in chairing our internal deliberations.  Our PNC worked together exceptionally well as a team I have served  on 5 PNC’s in the last 10 years, and I believe hat this was the most cohesive PNC that committee   that  have been on.  This was largely due to the efforts of the Chief Negotiator.  And I am
